Chem.-tech engineering works supplies various types of sight flow indicators and sight glasses having corrosion-resistant feature. These are specially designed for process industries. There are different types of models like plain type, drip type, flapper type, rotating wheel type and angle type. The glasses are thermal shock tested as per bs: 3463/1962. Borosilicate glasses are stress relieved to perform piping strains and shun breakage. Cs, ci, brass, gm, ss-304/316, alloy-20, pvc, hdp are used to manufacture sight glasses. These are capable of withstanding temperature of 400°. These are provided for the working pressures of 200 kg/cm2. Sight flow indicators are equipped with rubber, lead or teflon lining for extreme corrosive applications. Glass cleaning system is included with the sight flow indicators .The company also provides cooling and heating jackets along with the sight flow indicators. Sizes range from ½" to 2" in screwed connection bsp, npt, is-554 and ½" to 12" flanged connection ansi, bs, din, is and jis depending on the process application.
